If you have purchased a ringtone, you can download the file from your Order Status. Simply select your order number and click the "Download your product" link in your order.

Open the file in iTunes. Right-click the file and choose the "Convert AAC Version" option. Once the file is converted to AAC version it generates a .m4a file. Drag the file to your Desktop (or any other location that you prefer). Rename the .m4a file to .m4r file. Remove the AAC version of the file that's on your iTunes. Now, move the .m4r file that's on the desktop to the Ringtones folder on iTunes. Connect your iPhone and Sync.

Due to the limitations of the iPhone, you cannot natively subscribe to podcasts or update podcasts directly on the iPhone. The options for listening to the show on an iPhone are:
Subscribing to the podcasts through iTunes on a computer, then syncing to the iPhone
Streaming from the internet
Subscribing to the podcasts through a third-party app
If you have previously been able to podcast the files, you may just need to log out of your World Football Daily Premium account on WFDPremium.com and log back into your account, then update the podcast in iTunes.
This should reset your connection to the servers and release the files available in your podcast.
